This page was spikey. Trickier than I thought. Eh, I'm gonna let it simmer a bit. Maybe later I'll fool around with the colours in Photoshop a little more.
eta: so weird... I changed one 'poof' from red to blue, suddenly the colour scheme clicks for me. Finally. *phew*

Well, instead of colouring, I inked the last missing page. I believe this is a 'ta-daa' moment? :o).

I'll still need to add plenty of shades later. Also changed the layout of page two, and will have to fix a few details on the inkwork of that page.

I don't know whether I'll have time to work on the comic for the next weeks. In the meantime, here's what I got so far. (Still no progress on the title, but then, I haven't given it that much thought yet. Still, I gotta think of something a little more interesting than 'The Comic'. But I got a few vague ideas at least.)



In other news, tomorrow marks the start of sugar-free week. (Groan) It'd be way easier to do this in the summer, when the fruit actually has some taste to it. Ah well. My family thinks I'm crazy. ;)

This is page 4 of 6 and will make not so much sense if you haven't read the script... sorry, I just can't seem to bring myself to work chronologically and I felt like drawing sewers and run-down buildings. I've considered holding off posting until all remaining pages are done, but, well, I'm just not that patient. So there. WIP, totally out of order. Hope you like anyway.

The script and the first page are in this older post. (I have made a few minor changes to the script, mainly stretching it to six pages instead of five.)

Page 5 and 6 are already started on/almost finished and will hopefully be posted sometime this week, provided I don't goof off.

Both betas said they liked my ats_endofdays comic script. :o) The roommate giggled in the right places as she read it, which I take as a good sign (it wouldn't be if it were drama, fortunately I went for comedy). Remains the little task of drawing the whole thing, but anyway. First fanfic evah! Yay. Wasn't quite sure I could do it... the wonders a deadline can do. The first page is already pencilled and I'm looking forward to inking it, soon as I find the time... it has been eight years since I last did comic, and I've forgotten how much fun it can be (but not how much work it is...)

Can anyone rec me C/A fic (no PWP, no WIP)? Somthing that focuses on plot rather than romance? Links would be greatly appreciated. I'll be leaving for Frankfurt on wednesday, and it'd be nice to have one to read on the four hour train ride (one way! Okay, I guess that won't impress the Americans but for Germany, that's long ;)
