(no subject)

I just found out via tinnny that the new scrapbook did some unwanted changes to some of the settings in the transfer: pics that were locked to a custom group are now private. (Other than that, I'm actually very happy with the changes for once. Scrapbook is much more user friendly than before.)

I've started to go through the files and took the opportunity to make them public; these were locked at the time because the books in question weren't in the catalogues yet. ( Some kids book illustrations under the cut )

The sweetest word in the German language: Steuerrückerstattung (tax refund). :O)
I found it interesting how much longer it took to get my tax assessment notice, the one time they actually owed me money and not vice versa.

She had to do that a lot over the course of the interviews and I'm glad she's up to the task. It can't be fun and she's handling it with style, and maybe one or two of these journalists will take it to heart and *think* the next time they do an interview. It's so annoying (not suprising but still disappointing) to see her collegues being asked questions about their character's inner journey, while she gets questions about diets and underwear. WTF, Hollywood.

Another one for Fight Bingo; finally getting there. This is for the square "Mixed Sex" and, what can I say, entirely self-indulgent: ( Black Widow/Hawkeye, more or less gen )

It's still only a sketch but a coherent scene so I decided that counts towards my bingo line, 'cause I want to try a few other things right now. Probably gonna color this one later. I was thinking of doing it in stark contrasts of black and white, with only red in a few patches of color. Don't know if that won't lose too much detail, but worth a try.
