In only slightly related news, I wrenched my back a little yesterday when I fell off the slackline. Which is really annoying because my back had felt pretty good recently. The good thing is, it has felt really good recently. Used to be that the wrenched state was the default for my back and it'd take a lot less to mess it up than falling from a low height. Like, moving wrong in my sleep would do it. Well, I guess I gotta see if I can fix it with a few yoga exercises.
