Congrats to everyone who finished NaNo successfully!
My plan was to use November to write an entire comic script. Well, at least I did get the teaser and the first act done? ( Read more... )

The text alone would be funny enough but the illustrations are a scream.
Chuck was the #1 pirated TV show on the Pirate Bay this week. Yay? I can't help it, this makes me weirdly proud.
No new Chuck for seven weeks. Why did I rush through the eps like that. "Waste not, want not" they say. I wasted, and now I want. At least that show has a decent body of fic to it, there even seems to be a significant amount of plotfic which I find generally less common for shows that aren't genre. I suppose the crack factor in Chuck is high enough to make it easier to write for than for standard procedurals or cop shows, and hidden behind the lighthearted crack there's still plenty of character depth and darker themes to explore.
I just haven't had any inspiration for fanart. Probably a good thing, I should get some work done.
My climbing partner for tonight cancelled because of the cold and I can't even blame her. I was only semi-enthused at the thought of getting on my bike again. I just now went to the store and tried to buy a balaclava, alas they don't sell them. I don't care how unfashionable it is, I want one.
