I had just finished editing all the sketches and went on to inserting the text to make sure I left enough space for it (which I'm prone to ignoring). So I opened the word file with the script, and blinked. Because parts of the text looked really different from the one I had printed out. And lo, I have not one, but two versions of the script on my hard drive. *facepalm*

Great was my joy when I checked my email (rather frantically) to find that I'd illustrated the correct version. It's okay, heart, you can beat again.

Now I'll paste in my text and then I must reward myself with some SGA.

Man, I don't even have a proper icon for this... phew.

Bait and Switch by Madison
Sheppard/McKay; NC-17; 21732 words
Characters: Elizabeth Weir, John Sheppard, Rodney McKay, Ronon Dex, Teyla Emmagan
Summary: John and Rodney learn the hard way what it means to 'walk a mile' in each other's shoes...

After messing around with yet another ancient device, Sheppard and McKay end up stuck in each other's body...and with their brain. I love bodyswap fics and what makes this one particularly intriguing is the thought that personality and thought patterns are after all rooted in the physiology - this fic gleefully explores that idea in a fun way.

Madison has also written an earlier bodyswap fic:
Swap Meet
gen; PG 13; 10189 words; season 1; Characters: team, Weir
Summary: The team returns from an off-world mission in a very different condition than when they left the city...

Another fun read! The basic premise is similar to 'Bait and Switch' but it plays out totally different. Made me laugh out loud a lot when reading it.
