This is for steammmpunk who asked for the team (or parts of it) at a beach. Well, strictly speaking they're near a beach... if you could just scroll to your left a bit, you could see the beach where McKay is sitting hacking away at his laptop, while Teyla is practicing her Athosian stick fight. Or something like that. I imagine.

a;lkjsdnkgj;lkjyk GOD. THIS IS MINDBLOWINGLY AWESOME. Wow. Just... WOW. I know it will sound ridiculous, but I swear I can feel the ocean breeze and the smell of the ocean and such. I love all the things so much - the alien bird (hilarious), John and Ronon in a boat slouching (!), John putting his foot and hand in the water (so totally John), puddlejumper in the air, somewhat so very mainland looking land, and the beautiful, beautiful colors - AMAZING. AMAAAAZING. *flails hard* Thank you so much for drawing this! ♥ ♥ ♥

Yay, glad you find my rendering of him convincing. I wasn't happy with my first version, something was missing... having him in full slouch mode with his limbs trailing in the water works much better.

Beautiful drawing! John and Ronon are so realistic, especially their relaxed posture and your attention to detail, ie the line of their muscles and the black wristband and hair tie. Love John trailing his hand and foot in the water and Ronon leaning back on his elbows. The colors are gorgeous, so sunny and airy. Wonderful artwork. Thanks for sharing.
