I am once more sorting through my papers. Talk about work in progress. I came across a whole bunch of X-Files character studies. Why should they rest in a folder gathering dust, I thought. Any x-philes among you? (Or perhaps ex-philes...)
Thanks muchly. It's not really that difficult to capture that, the secret to success here lies a lot in choosing a decent screenshot.
(Back in the day, screenshot meant putting my trusty canon camera on a stack of books in front of the tv and take pictures of the crappiest quality to practise from... so that was a challenge in itself. Yay computers.)
No kidding, I thought I was the only one. Last year or so I threw out all the improvised screenshots, since thanks to google everything I need is just a mouse click away.
I also used to hook up my audio tape recorder to the tv and record the opening credits of shows and movies. Yes, back in the stone age... we made do with the crude tools we had. ;)
