I just got back from watching the Big Damn Movie. Sooo... that Firefly series you all speak of... I hear it's good, yes? I think I'm ready to watch it now ;o).

I'm hooked up to BSkyB, any chance they're starting a rerun on one of Sky's channels right about now? That would be good timing. I'm rather looking forward to hearing everyone's real voice. I had no choice but to watch the dubbed version (yeah, I know... Dubbing! We shall speak of it no more *pphht*).

Still. Good movie, dubbing or not. I like.

I can't wait to see what it's like. I'd thought the series is probably even better than the movie - I imagine Joss had to make quite a few concessions to make the movie understandable for viewers who don't know the show. I'm amazed he pulled it off.

I want to watch the series now, then rewatch the movie again (but in the proper language this time). My DVD set is already on its way but we'll probably wait with the Firefly watching until E4 has finished airing the first season of 'Lost', which me and the roomates somehow got hooked on. And we're still doing that chronological AtS/BtVS watching extrapalooza (AtS is over, next on the menue: Welcome to the Hellmouth - boy, after just having watched Not Fade Away, seeing the Buffy season1 characters again is gonna take some getting used to.)
