Back from the Book Fair where I finally met ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
monanotlisa in person. She's as much fun live as on lj. And I'm not just saying that 'cause she offered to help with the archive :o)
Did some business talk as well, though I kept the talking part to a minimum. My voice held up okay, but one day was definitely enough. I practically lived off cough drops. That, and I had an excellent Thai salmon curry on my way to the station. Yum.

Cyn, uh, I totally forgot to take any pictures after we took those. Not there's that much to photograph... mainly books, lots of books, and a lot of people looking busy. And, inexplicably, hords of schoolkids.
So, I have no more pictures of the fair. But instead, to make up for the lack of book fair pics, here're a few I took in our front yard the other day. We had the most beautiful fall in years, and I'm glad that I took these before the weather changed.
The first pumpking I grew myself :)

The whole thing is huge and pretty overwhelming, eight halls with several levels each. Easy to lose your way. They even have a bus shuttle service and after a few hours and miles of walking, you're quite grateful for that. So, fun.
By the way, totally forgot... I got another package with stories from you (BtVS s7), thank you. Did you mean to send me two?
