Thanks to whoever on my flist posted that recipe for marinated ginger chicken on brussel sprouts casserole. I cooked it today and it was delicious. :) (I wanted to link but can't remember where I found it.)

That's the one! Thanks, I'll edit it in right away.

The way I went about it, I marinated the chicken overnight and put it in the freezer as suggested, to be more flexible. A very quick and easy recipe indeed.
