Rec of the day
Cool game: Name the Countries of Europe. The links for the other continents are under the Europe map.
The roommates and I had a lot of fun playing this game late at night, staying up way longer than planned. We played it with three people and pooled our knowledge, and still didn't get all of them. I would say it's also educational, except I just played the Europe map again and didn't get a higher number than the last time we tried it...
Looks like the DDOS attack on LJ is still ongoing so I'll crosspost later. It seems that DW has been slower than usual, too, I'm guessing due to the added traffic from bereft LJers.

I found that the yearly extravaganza of crackiness that is the Grand Prix d'Eurovision is downright educational. Especially since all the countries are announced in English.
