Yesterday I arrived in San Diego and headed straight to the nearest beach. And just when I was wondering whether I could find me a boogie board to rent somewhere, I found one lying on top of a trash can. Good as new, too! Swimming in the surf is fun, but, wow, boogie boarding is even better.
Me and boogie board are gonna check out a different beach today. Going back to Germany on Thursday, Gonna make the most of my last two days in the lovely Californian sun.

It's probably best you soak up some sun, the weather here has been less than stellar the last week and the forecast isn't any better. I mean, I don't often wish for warmer temperatures, but lows of 10° with highs not even reaching 17° and quite a bit of rain is cooler than even I like in August.

Urgh, yeah. I saw that yesterday when I was checking the forecast online. SD was like sun, sun, sun, and Münster... not so much. Not crazy at the thought of going back to that, yo.

I was really getting the hang of it today. I rode some of those waves right onto the Beach. Awesome fun.
