This weather sucks. It's been raining all day yesterday and most of today, then the rain stopped and the temperature rose a couple degrees: 20°C, 100% humidity. We were basically inside a giant cloud today. I was out climbing tonight... we had fun but it was so humid. Everything was humidity and sweat and no dry spot anywhere. Even the shoes were slippery. The ropes were so humid that me and my partner were both stuck at the top a couple times and had to pull ourselves down because the ropes had too much friction at the rolls.

I'm expecting a little more from July...

Here it was hot (27° - I would have been happier with 20°) and almost as humid (90%), but at least partially sunny. It rained a bit the early evening but nothing like yesterday. And the next two days it's supposed to be sunny and clear.

Yeah, I just checked and they adjusted the prognosis, it's looking much more promising now. Mostly sunny with showers, I can deal with that. But this kind humidity and then it's not even nice and warm... do not want.

Humidity makes it really unpleasant and oppressive. I'd be much more okay with 27°C if it was drier and I wasn't feeling gross and sticky without even any exertion.

I've been in places like Utah where 40°C felt quite pleasant, because there was next to no moisture in the air. It makes all the difference.

There's still about 5 millimeters of we're supposed to get today. Do not want!

It's been much nicer today but, yeah. I think I would be happier living in an arid climate like Utah. If moving there didn't come with a load of problems and complications... I might've done it already.

Our rain finally broke in the middle of last night--and it's supposed to be warm and (mostly) sunny today. Hope it's similar there!
