Agents of Shield has officiall been renewed for a second season. Heeeh. :O)

(A moment of silence for all the naysayers who called for its untimely end...)

Now I just hope the season finale will take a little step, maybe, towards fixing my shattered heart before the long summer break.

Neverending Project is finally finished. \o/ Finally I can focus on my main book. Oh man, I used to be able to multitask pretty well but nowadays I find it so exhausting.

OH THANK GOD. Also, I hope you find a good resolution for your issues with that show! I really feel for all the people who fell in love with Ward this season. (Just because I did not does not mean I don't empathize, you know?)

I'm not surprised, given the sudden critical acclaim it's been getting, and the likely infusion of viewers from the film. But yay! I'm so happy for you.

Yeah, it's been expected but it's nice to have confirmation.
I mean, I'd be even happier if I wasn't still worried that they turn my favorite character into a full-blown villain instead of setting him on the path for redemption. It's a bittersweet feeling right now.

I don't watch the show, but it sounds from what I've heard like they're going for nuance. So maybe it won't be as clear-cut as "full-blown villain"?

Well, they've gone out of their way to show how he came to be as damaged as he is now so yeah, it will never be clear-cut. But with all we know about his backstory, how his mind has been systematically fucked up, I need the writers to let him make a choice over his life and atone for his actions. Everything else would be so depressing I'm not sure I could keep watching.

I'm very happy for you that your show is renewed! :) I've kinda just been plugging along reading all the spoilers at this point, but I expect I will probably start watching with season two, since the whole Marvel 'verse is so tied together and I'm going to be all over the new Peggy Carter series like a cheap suit.

Aw man, it feels like such a waste of good episodes to read just the spoilers instead of watching it unspoiled and feeling the emotional impact.

I didn't find any of the CapI characters very interesting but I'm looking forward to the Peggy Carter series. I love spy shows, and the retro spy gadgets in the latest Shield ep were fun.

Yay for AoS season 2! I'm too scared of how it's all going to end to watch the last few episodes until I know how it ends, but I'm glad it's carrying on.

I'm scared too. Last time I was this apprehensive over an episode was before the Angel finale.
