Yeah, the Catholic Youth thing in particular should probably change that design in light of their abuse scandals. It's hard to blame it on the initial design though, which I don't find that painful.
And I have to admit that to some extent I think the mocking is a bit of a stretch for some of these logos, because clearly just as we can project faces onto nearly anything, we can also find sex and genitalia everywhere... Though most of the examples are still fairly crappy even without projecting innuendo onto them for hilarity.
For all of these except two, the innuendo was really the only thing I could see. Some are more unfortunate than others. The one you have to turn 90 degrees, yeah, that's a bit of a stretch.
One time I posted an ad here I found in a local newspaper, with a logo of a smithee that seriously looked like the guy was hitting his dick with a big hammer. I wish I remember where I stored that pic.
