Is anybody else not getting AO3 notifications? I haven't gotten any notifications since March 21st, and I know for sure I got at least two comment replies since then and at least one of the stories I track has been updated. (yay) Known bug, or just me?

I'm sitting on a pile of illustrations I need to take care off, so rec of the day might go on a (hopefully) short hiatus.

Ha ha, you just made me check my inbox and see that I haven't got any comments for 30 days :-/. But I don't know if there's a way to track kudos aside from the emails, and possibly it's a coincidence, but gmail tells me my last kudos email was 3/21, too.

When I checked my inbox, I did see two replies I didn't get emails for, but no notification for the story update.

I gotta go to bed now but maybe I'll test it tomorrow.

I've been getting them. I don't know if there are any I missed that I haven't been notified about, but I've received notifications as recently as a few days ago.

Yeah, that's just strange.

It's possible that I'm not getting some notifications I should be getting, though. Maybe their system is overloaded or something, and only some of them are making it through.

I just found a dozen in my inbox so I guess they were stuck somewhere.

I don't know about kudos/comments but I've been getting story and series update notifications as recently as the last 24 hours.

Hm, weird.

A lot of AO3 emails are getting marked as spam by multiple email servers (gmail most notoriously). Sometimes it goes to your spam folder, and sometimes the server eats it before it even gets that far.

I wrote up a post about whitelisting, so try that and see if it works?

Must've been something else because I woke up to an inbox full of notifications.

I've gotten a kudo notification and a subscription notification today. And the last days seemed normal too. Maybe a glitch in your spam filter?

Last time this happened to me I found a ton of notifications in my spam filter. Not sure why they were marked as spam...I just thought people had stopped writing for a week!

Same thing happened to me, now I don't feel so bad wondering why no one had written anything for a while :-)

In my case it might have been a problem with using my Livejournal forwarding address. Apparently sometimes those get caught in a spam filter. I've since changed my settings so messages go directly to my main gmail account.
