A Yuletide Madness rec for Hawkeye (the comic):
Afternoon Stroll
Gen; Clint, Kate, Lucky; humor/bromance/a bit of action; rated teen; 753 words
Summary: Right, so I'm taking the dog out for a walk. The most normal thing I could possibly do.

Clint's narrative voice is dead on and it matches the tone of the comic so well, I had actual comic panels appear in front of my inner eye. Heh. Pretty cool reading experience.
Oh, and it's totally hilarious.

I'm going to have to keep an eye out for this new Hawkeye book coming out in trade, aren't I?

Oh, absolutely worth it. (Well, at least the issues I've read so far are great... #5 and 6 are still stuck in the snail mail somewhere.)
