Is there an Avengers movieverse comm with a bit more gen and teamfic than avengers_2k? I'm already following be_compromised for my Blackhawk needs but I'm looking for some variety. Avengers_2k seems to be largely Clint/Coulson, which I unfortunately can't stand, and Steve/Tony. It's starting to get frustrating.

Maybe you could subscribe to an AO3 feed? You see the "subscribe to feed" button on AO3 also on fandom listing filtered by category, so perhaps you could get a gen Avenger fic feed on your flist?

I've tried that, but it only offers google reader and a few others afaik. I need a feed for DW or LJ. Leverage on AO3 has one, but I have no idea how to create one myself. Hm, maybe one for Avengers exists already and I just have to figure out the name.

You can just create a new DW feed for yourself though, no?

ETA: I tried to create one, and it already exists:

There doesn't seem to be a way to get only the gen ones, though. The feeds seem to be only for fandoms, regardless of filters.

Do you know how to create one? I tried that before in a previous fandom and couldn't figure it out.

Anyway, it's useless in this case if it doesn't include filters. But I'd like some for a few minor fandoms.

Yeah, you copy the link of the feed on the AO3 page from the subscribe button, so that you get the URL, and then you go to the DW page for feeds (Read>Feeds) and put that URL in the Add Feed field. If the feed exists already it will tell you, if it doesn't it will make a new feed and ask you for a name (maybe you need a paid account for that new feed ability, either here and/or on LJ there were such limits).

Is there a Dreamwidth feed for avengers 2k? Do you know?

on DW the cap_ironman comm has lists of a bunch of other "sister" comms with various foci, but you probably knew about that already.
