Oh, looks like LJ is back up after it was down all morning. I'm gonna go through my profile and see if there aren't a couple more journals I can follow on DW instead.
An appeal to fic writers: please, crosspost your fic! At least to one other site. AO3, ffn, DW, anywhere not LJ... just so there's a backup.
I hate to say it because I've been on LJ for ages and had some good times here but I really feel that LJ is going down the drain. igrick sabotaging the site from within. (And you know, the more I think about it, the less sure I am that's just a crazy conspiracy theory, considering that the features that were broken on purpose were those that benefitted community building and discussion. And that apparently the Russian-language users aren't any happier with the changes than we are.)
