wanted: fic recs

Guys, I'm in the mood for recs. Summer has finally arrived and I celebrate it by hanging out in the yard with a stack of fanfic. I'm nearing the end of my Harry Potter epic (so very good!) and the output in Leverage isn't high enough to scratch the itch. Rather than trawl the archives I figure I'll cast my net here. What I'm in the mood for is either of these:

--Leverage team fic with a con plot! (Background pairings are fine as long as Nate and/or Sophie aren't shipped with any of the kids.)
--Amanda-centric Highlander genfic with plot. Added Methos would be a bonus. Added Mcleod would be cool, too. (Background ships are fine, I guess)
--The Wire future genfic starring Namond. Or maybe something with Namond and Michael, finding themselves on different sides of the law. Yeah, okay, I guess if it existed I'd already have found it...
--Just as rare-bordering-on-impossibe: Angel fic with Kate Lockley in a main role, written after season 2. *whimper* So many years later, still frustrated about that.
--White Collar funny short gen.
--DS9: something plotty set after the finale. Fave character is Garak but I'll take anything.
--Voyager: Neelix&Tuvok humor or adventure genfic

[eta: self-pimps are welcome, too.]

Alright, some of these are on the exotic side and I don't know if they even exist, but I hope I'll find a story or two out of this list... *puppy dog eyes*

I'm sorry this rec is "none of the above" but it's long, plotty gen of the kind I know you like -- [personal profile] cofax7 has just posted her epic (120k words) Narnia fic, Carpetbaggers. The story is basically "what happened right after The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, when Aslan left Narnia and the four Pevensie siblings were left to figure out how to run a country" and it's absolutely marvellous -- very true to the tone of the books, but with a greater sense of emotional maturity about it (because it's really about four children growing into young adults), and terrific portrayals of the sibling relationships. If you only have a vague and passing interest in the Narnia stories, it's still worth checking out.

Four Cups of Tea (and a waffle iron), short funny White Collar gen.
