Well. During the last month I did manage to sketch the designs for four book covers but I'm still waiting for the final greenlight before I can start the finished illos, and it looks like that won't happen before next week. Guess I'll have to draw some more Leverage fanart. Darn. (Next up: Hardison, Parker, and Eliot. And maybe some more Sophie and Nate....)

How to gain friends ~~and influence people~~: My slackline arrived in the mail yesterday. I've been eyeing these things for a year, and the other day when we were barbecuing in the park the group next to us had one set up so we asked if we could have a go. It's as much fun as it looks like. The rope was developed as a way to gain balance for climbing, I think, but it's grown into its own sport, you see them everywhere around here. We already tried it out. It made us very popular with the neighbourhood kids. Apparently slackline owners are quite popular in general - random people will stop by and ask if they can have a go. The inner kid just can't resist. :)
