Lop.com: gone for good; computer: good as new.
Tonight, slightly freaking in sight of no pressing tasks to do, I decided to try configuring the video-in of my ATI card. Somehow I managed in 10 minutes what had taken me a whole day the last time. Roomie and I immediately zombied out in front of the computer, watching two straight hours of comedy. Just because we could ;)
And finally, I must share this haiku (by an anonymous user), which I found during my cruises of the anti-spyware boards...

Tomorrow I'm off to my Dad's for our traditional early christmas. It'll be good to be out of town, even just for a few days.
