Hee. Look what I got from my publisher.

It's an advent calender, with a little book behind each door instead of chocolate! One of mine is in there somewhere so I'm getting a copy. And was hit by a moment of pure Squee when I opened the packet. I guess having a advent calender just brings back all kinds of childhood memories. I was real tempted to keep it, but I gave it to my friend's little girl.

At the gym they're having an advent calender, too. Behind yesterday's door was a boost for the immune system (tangerines for everybody). I don't really do Christmas... (the closest we come to adhering to Christmas traditions is putting a goose in the oven on the 24th) but this is kinda of nice.

I have no new fanart to post, there's still some work I must get out of the way first. But, uh, my friend told me that this sketch totally looks like li'l Sheppard playing pirate. And I could see that. :D

The preview button on DW is still gone. I'm almost certain it's a problem with my browser though, because weird things are happening (or not happening) on other sites as well.

Hmm, for some reason I can't see the images of your post. Possibly because you have them friends-locked on LJ Scrapbook and I'm not on your LJ flist?

Strange. I can't see them either, and same goes for the LJ post. But I could definitely see them earlier today. Maybe a LJ related problem.

Must be an LJ problem. Half my icons are missing!

Uff. Hopefully the elves will fix it then. I was getting slightly worried, I must say, watching them disappear. Re-uploading a couple hundred graphics and fixing the links... not an appealing idea.
