Rheanna was one of my favorite writers back in Angel fandom, so I was thrilled to hear she got sucked into SGA (as it happens to all of us eventually).

"'Maybe all you need is a vacation'," Rodney parroted. "Please. I'm not stupid, you know." Then he looked stricken. "I'm not stupid yet."

Brilliant take on the 'Flowers For Algernon' theme... very cleverly, evocatively written, in a way that you actually feel what would otherwise be abstract concepts. This story made me smile, made me tear up, and sucked me in completely. An absolute joy to read... heartbreaking, but in the very best way.

I was so happy to see she'd written in a fandom I knew. I miss her Angel stuff. I'm halfway through and very impressed.

Yeah, I was thrilled when she posted about writing SGA. Vivere and Another Life are still among my favorite Angel fics of all time. And this new fic just blew me away.

I think Crave is about the best genfic I've ever read. When I started writing, that's how I aspired to do it. To be as totally true to the voice of the show as possible.
