Wow. You'd think after being up for some 60 hours with only six hours of cat naps inbetween, one would sleep particularly well. Alas, my body is still totally convinced it's in California. I don't think I even slept for a second tonight. Kinda glad I'm not expected to show up at work. But, in all the sleep-deprived haze I managed to get my new computer up and running so, yay.

This was an ad in yesterday's paper. (Schmiede means smithy.) Is it me, or is that a truly unfortunate choice of logo?

He. I think I actually got a whole two hours in the end. Which is the most I slept in a row since Monday morning. Should be enough to keep me going today. Maybe I should just stay in the Pacific time zone for a while longer, sleep during the day, work at night - it's frikkin hot here, even for my tastes (my comfort zone usually starts at 85 F).

At twelve I prolly would've been too innocent to catch this one. Pity we can't send it to the Hohlspiegel, I doubt they print that sort of thing.

The PAIN.

Hey, I had a dream last night that we were at some Con again, and swimming in an indoor pool, and it was full of leaves. My dreams are always so deep. *g*

Normally my thoughts aren't that much in the gutter, but when my roomie showed me this one, it was the only thing I could see. (But my other roomie had a less smutty interpretation, too.)

Huh. Your dreams are interesting. I can't even remember mine for longer than a few minutes after waking up.

I keep thinking we should've been bold enough to go swimming in that fantastic pool at the Mariott.
