(No spoilers, just general squee...) I just watched the Bones season finale and damn if that wasn't the most awesome thing on television since Not Fade Away. I think this was hands down the best episode of the whole season; there's not a single thing about it that I didn't love. I want to rewatch it right away. *happy sigh* Great way to end the season.

The last scene was fantastic. When he looked at the script... gah. A beautiful moment, so well done. Love how this show manages to be warm without being sappy. And did you notice, she'd crossed out the title, after he said in the beginning that he hated it. It's this attention to the little details that make it so special.

Wondering if the brother will be a recurring character next season....

I really hope so. The chemistry between the three of them in the end was great. They clicked. The whole episode gelled really well.

also, that line in the end, "Girls are nice"... I didn't make the connection at the time, but a couple other people pointed out that it's what he said in "City Of". A total shout-out for us Angel fans.
