How long does the torrent usually take for you to download? Any tips on getting faster downloads? :-)

Depends, with DSL I'd say it takes me between three and four hours, if the file is in high demand. Faster if there're fewer people downloading.

Considering this is about ten times faster than what I'm used to from ISDN, I'm so happy with the speed that I haven't looked into faster downloads.

I haven't heard of ABC. I can recommend bitlord. I don't want to go into more detail in an unlocked post, to be honest, but you should be able to google it.
