Watching American Ninja Warrior can't be good for ye olde blood pressure: my heart's racing so much that you could think I was running the course myself. Today roomie complained that all the sudden yelling is distracting her from her work *g*. Think I'll take a break before moving on to the current season.
I mean, last winter I actually put a temporary hold on playing Portal 2 because that game is so exciting. Even when there are no shooting turrets near. It's ridiculous.
Man, I'm getting old...
But on the other hand I toproped 8- last Sunday and it wasn't even all that hard, so that's nice. First time toproping since December... I MISSED THIS. Bouldering is great and challenging, and builds up strength like nothing else, but toproping is still the most fun way to climb for me.
Though I'm pondering whether it'd be feasible to get our city to build us one of them fancy concrete boulders they have in Berlin.
