WIP progress: all four remaining pages are inked and I've started slapping on color. I'll also re-letter page 1 so it'll be more readable in the smaller format on tumblr. All in all, it should be ready to post in two days, perhaps three.
I have a lot of admiration for Matt Hollingsworth's coloring. I won't even attempt to match his monochromatic style 1:1 because it takes so much discipline. But I hope I can come up with something harmonic that's more intuitive for me and also gels with the original series. (In the first slapping-on-color phase, the pages still distinctively lack that harmony.)
Went indoor bouldering today. I'm pleased because I figured out the details behind one particular dyno and once I knew how to do it, I connected it on every try. Whereas last week I didn't make it even once. It helped that it was not quite as hot today, so my hands weren't too slippery.
Had half a glass of wine afterwards. After a good climbing session it's like you take the alcohol intravenously. It's very nice but I should probably stop now if I want to keep coloring.

Do mean Matt Hollingsworth, or does Aja do some of the colors himself?
