Hey! Just a quick update so you know I haven't completely dropped off the face of the earth.

I had a great time at Comic Con with Cyn/[livejournal.com profile] jwaneeta. Now I'm inching my way up the west coast, towards Seattle. I'll post in detail once I get back to my own trusty computer. Expect picspam: I have a digital camera, and I'm not afraid to use it...

Inch up!

The weather's... well, okay. The weather in Seattle is overly warm for my tastes, but still a good deal cooler than SoCal.

I can't wait for the picspam. Seriously.

So glad your road trip's been fun. What a great idea -- I got on the plane muttering: ach, why didn't I think of that? :D

Heh. I hope the pics turn out all right. I'm not much of a photographer - I just point my camera at things and click. I'm eager to see them on a real monitor. Today I went to Redwood National forest... it was beautiful.

The wheather's been just perfect so far. I love it warm. Heck, everyting up to 100 F is fine in my book. I'm just not to keen on rain; we get way too much of that at home.

I'm not complaining... it went quite well. I'll tell more when I get back, yo.

I finished Harry Potter, btw. Soon as I have a bit of time, I'll go hunting for some good post-book discussion.

Man, I needed this. You would've enjoyed it, too, I'm sure. My brain feels like, I dunno, after the big spring cleaning. And now I'm looking forward to working again once I get back. But I was really a bit burned out, and nothing helps agains burn-out like spending whole days out there, hiking and swimming. I even got a tan :)

I'll look up the info on the Clearwater project when I'm back.
