One of the nice side benefits of having a Japanese language exchange partner: authentic Japanese food. Om nom nom.
Missed my bedtime tonight because I watched episode 2 of Shield. Too late now to write a more detailed reaction but I like it quite a lot. Especially the part with [spoiler] and [spoiler], and of course that thing in the end with [spoiler!]. Heh.
Also nice: I finished my illo project yesterday, emailed the final pages today and didn't even get any last-minute corrections back. Editor was happy, I was happy. If only work could always be this stress free.
Now it looks like I'll have about a month of idle time so there'll probably be fanart. Maybe I can make another fancomic; I should have enough time for that, if I can find a perfectly-sized story.
Or maybe some Sleepy Hollow fanart would be fun. By the way, Orlando Jones who plays Captain Irving is daring fans to write Ichabod/Irving fic. And then he links it on his twitter. No, really. The man clearly knows no fear.
