To John the air felt even heavier than it had earlier. Hotter. More oppressive. Too thick to draw a good breath.
A fun romp with bickering, teamwork, and whump (Shep), but above all I'm reccing it for the two original characters, who both got heaps of personality and are fun to watch.
Hard to imagine that a mere few weeks ago I was squeeing... about snow! Spring can come anytime now, please. Last week I saw a few crocusses and a little hyacinthe optimistically poke their heads out of the earth, and then another load of snow fell on top of them. Today I caved and upgraded my gym membership to include weekends and evenings. The weather majorly factored into this decision - haven't been rollerblading in two months, man. But I think it's a good decision, worth the money, even if I won't rely on it as much in the summer. Saunaing there on the weekend is even better than during the week; they're downright celebrating their sauna. The other day they were serving water ice and melon slices in there. In a few weeks there'll be a midnight sauna. Plus they're starting to offer a hip-hop class on Saturday and that's one of the few dance styles that interests me. Think I will check it out.
