Does anybody remember Reasonable Doubts, that show starring Marlee Matlin as an assistant D.A. and Mark Harmon as a cop? I loved that show. Tuned in not so much for Harmon but because I was a huge Marlee Matlin fan, but he was good in it too. That was ages ago... I've been hoping that, given how popular Jethro Gibbs is, those old episodes would've popped up on the net by now! But it looks like they've never been digitized (yet)? (The German title was bland as usual: "Die Staatsanwältin und der Cop".)

I have two pieces of SGA fanart inked. One should be really quick to color. The other one will be more tricky. I think the background needs to be done in Photoshop. I see the finished piece in my mind, and right from the start the background looked like it's done in PS. Hngh. Let's see how that works out. Foreground will be colored with watercolors though, so that shouldn't take too long.

Now that Windows 7 is out, I should start shopping for a new computer and scanner. All my data is properly secured on external HD and I'm good to go. I decided that my new computer won't have a tv/video card... I haven't missed tv all that much during the last year since this one fried; I'm either watching DVDs or mumblemuble. So I will take down my satellite dish and I will finally be able to tell our TV licence fee collecting agency to take their (sadly legal) money extortion schemes somewhere else. Well, I'll still have to pay fees for radio and computer, but at least I no longer will have to pay those outragous tv fees for programs I haven't watched in ten years. I don't listen to German radio either but those few Euro a month will hurt much less.

work wise, I finished another book last week. The cover is still missing 'cause I have to wait for the greenlight, but all the inside illus are done.
Here are some scans... not from that book. These from the one that was kicking my ass all through last winter, which has just come out (I can't believe it's been that long... time flies!)
