Summary: When Clint is ambushed and captured on a mission for S.H.I.E.L.D., Nat must find a way to do her duty and do what she can to rescue him.

Clint is in deep trouble when he gets captured by a certain retrieval specialist. (Not Eliot... the other one.) Natasha juggles having his back with other SHIELD responsibilities. I really like all the characters' portrayals, including Quinn with his many shades of grey.

Summary: Clint Barton, ambassador of SHIELD. Seriously. Fuck this shit. (Or, the one where Clint explains to the killer AI and his jumpy creator why SHIELD is not going to try and take JARVIS).

Great character stuff and an overlying sense of creepiness. I like fic that gets across that Tony is actually a pretty scary guy. Well, SHIELD isn't exactly staffed with angels either.
